We are delighted to receive enquiries by email or telephone and can offer informal advice to solicitors or to counsel. The usual timescale for considered expert opinion is approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of instruction in criminal and family cases but a more rapid response is usually possible if all necessary information is already available.
Cases before the Court of Protection usually proceed at a more urgent pace and we can make arrangements to respond appropriately in most cases.
New instructions are allocated to the most appropriate member of our group. This expert will then make contact directly with the instructing agency to take things forward.
We provide expert witness services rather than private medical care and cannot respond to enquiries from patients or family members.
